1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Perinvo, including any website, hosted environment, demo, trial, subscription module, downloadable output, support channel, or implementation service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you are using Perinvo on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the service.

Important: Additional order forms, subscription details, implementation statements of work, or commercial proposals may apply to specific customers. Where those documents conflict with these terms, the signed commercial document will prevail for that specific engagement.

2. Services and Platform Scope

Perinvo provides software-as-a-service tools and related business applications that may include HR core modules, payroll-related tools, people operations tools, time-related applications, org chart tools, analytics components, reporting features, export capabilities, and related services.

Features may vary by subscription plan, enabled modules, customer configuration, headcount tier, implementation scope, and technical roadmap.

3. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for the accuracy of registration information, maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and restricting unauthorized use of your account. You must promptly notify Perinvo of any suspected unauthorized access or security incident affecting your account.

  • Authorized users: Access may be limited by named users, company access, project access, or headcount/package limits.
  • Customer administrators: Customer-designated admins are responsible for user setup, internal permissions, and access governance inside their environment.
  • Eligibility: You may use the service only in compliance with applicable law and these terms.

4. Free Trials and Demo Access

Perinvo may offer free trials, demo environments, pilot access, or limited-time promotional access to selected applications. Trial terms, duration, headcount limits, available modules, and support scope may be specified on the pricing page, offer page, or registration flow.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, trial access is provided on a temporary, non-transferable, revocable basis and may be modified, restricted, or discontinued at any time.

Trial-specific conditions

  • Trial environments may include feature limitations, data-volume limitations, export limitations, or reduced support.
  • Perinvo may suspend trial access where abuse, risk, unusual activity, or breach of these terms is detected.
  • Trial data may be removed after the trial period unless a paid subscription or another written arrangement applies.

5. Subscriptions, Fees, and Renewals

Paid access to Perinvo may be offered on monthly, annual, custom, enterprise, or project-based terms. Pricing may vary based on selected modules, company size, user count, headcount tier, feature set, implementation requirements, and optional add-ons.

Billing principles

  • Fees: Subscription fees and one-time service fees are payable according to the commercial terms presented during purchase, quotation, or contract signature.
  • Taxes: Prices may exclude applicable taxes, withholding obligations, bank charges, or local statutory charges unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Renewals: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, subscriptions may renew automatically for successive periods equal to the original term.
  • Changes in scope: Additional charges may apply if actual usage exceeds the contracted package, headcount threshold, enabled modules, or agreed support scope.
  • Late payment: Perinvo may suspend access, restrict features, or delay renewals where invoices remain unpaid beyond the due date.
Commercial items such as implementation, data migration, onboarding, training, premium support, or custom development are not included in subscription pricing unless clearly stated in writing.

6. Customer Data and Responsibility

You retain responsibility for the lawfulness, quality, accuracy, and relevance of data, files, documents, employee records, images, org structures, payroll-related figures, and other content submitted to the platform.

As between you and Perinvo, you retain your rights in customer-submitted content. You grant Perinvo the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating, securing, and supporting the service.

  • Customer ownership: Your operational data remains your data.
  • Usage responsibility: You are responsible for obtaining required internal permissions and legal bases for uploading employee or company data.
  • Backups and exports: Customers should maintain their own retention/export practices where business continuity requires them.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use Perinvo in a way that is unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, deceptive, harmful to others, technically disruptive, or inconsistent with the intended use of the service.

  • Attempting unauthorized access to systems, accounts, APIs, or data
  • Uploading malicious code, malware, or harmful automation
  • Reverse engineering, scraping at scale, or interfering with service performance
  • Using the platform to infringe privacy, intellectual property, or employment rights
  • Misrepresenting subscription eligibility, company size, or usage volume

8. Security and Service Integrity

Perinvo applies administrative, organizational, and technical measures designed to protect service integrity and customer data. These may include access controls, environment separation, logging, monitoring, controlled support access, and secure transmission practices where applicable.

Perinvo is continuously developing its security and governance posture. However, unless specifically stated in a signed agreement, no statement on this page should be interpreted as a promise of a particular certification, attestation, or formal audit status.

Security note: Perinvo does not currently claim an official SOC attestation on this page. Security documentation or assurance materials may be shared separately when available and appropriate.

9. Intellectual Property

Perinvo and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the platform, software, interfaces, methods, visual assets, workflows, product naming, branding, templates, and underlying intellectual property, except for customer-owned data submitted by customers.

  • License: Subject to payment and compliance with these terms, Perinvo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the subscribed services during the applicable term.
  • Restrictions: You may not copy, resell, sublicense, republish, or create derivative commercial versions of the service except as expressly permitted by Perinvo in writing.
  • Feedback: If you provide suggestions or product feedback, Perinvo may use them without restriction or compensation unless otherwise agreed.

10. Support, Implementation, and Training

Support availability depends on the subscription plan, purchased package, implementation phase, and the communication channels offered by Perinvo. Response times may vary depending on issue severity, technical scope, customer cooperation, and plan entitlements.

Implementation, onboarding, training, custom setup, data migration, and change requests may be provided as separately scoped paid services.

11. Third-Party Services

Perinvo may rely on third-party providers for hosting, communications, authentication, analytics, email delivery, storage, payments, integrations, or infrastructure. These services may be subject to their own terms and privacy notices.

Perinvo is not responsible for outages or issues caused by third-party systems outside Perinvo’s reasonable control, although it may work in good faith to minimize service impact where possible.

12. Suspension and Termination

Perinvo may suspend or terminate access immediately where necessary to address security concerns, non-payment, misuse, legal risk, abuse of free trials, breach of these terms, or operational integrity concerns.

  • Customer termination: You may stop using the service at any time, but prepaid fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or otherwise stated in writing.
  • Perinvo termination: Perinvo may terminate subscriptions or access in accordance with applicable contract terms or if continuation of service becomes impractical, unlawful, or commercially unreasonable.
  • Effect: Upon termination, your right to access the service ends, subject to any agreed retrieval or transition period.

13. Warranties and Disclaimers

Except as expressly set out in a signed written agreement, the service is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. Perinvo does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, absolute error-free performance, or that every feature will be available in every country, configuration, or subscription plan.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs, reports, calculations, workflows, and HR or payroll-related results before relying on them for legal, financial, or operational decisions.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Perinvo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity, anticipated savings, or data arising from or related to the use of the service.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Perinvo’s aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service will not exceed the amounts paid by the customer to Perinvo for the affected service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

15. General Legal Terms

  • Changes to these terms: Perinvo may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time by posting an updated version on the website or platform.
  • Entire agreement: These terms, together with any signed order form, proposal, statement of work, or subscription document, form the agreement between the parties for the relevant service.
  • Severability: If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
  • No waiver: Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of future enforcement.
  • Assignment: You may not assign these terms without Perinvo’s prior written consent, except where permitted by law or agreed in writing.
  • Governing law: Unless otherwise stated in a signed contract, these terms will be governed by the laws determined by Perinvo’s contracting entity and applicable commercial arrangement.
